Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care to ensure that every saree—whether it is a pure Banarasi weave or a hand-embellished occasion-wear piece—reaches you in perfect condition.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged Products)
We offer returns only in case of a damaged or defective product received by the customer.
To qualify for a return:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags, packaging, fall/beads (if provided), and accessories intact.
- You must provide clear unboxing video proof showing the damage. The video must be taken before opening the package completely and should show:
- the full parcel from all sides,
- shipping label,
- opening of the parcel, and
- the damaged area clearly.
Without an unboxing video, returns cannot be accepted.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Sarees that have been used, tried with makeup/perfume stains, altered, or washed.
- Color variation issues (slight differences may occur due to screen settings & lighting).
- Minor weaving variations, zari threads, or handmade irregularities, as these are natural characteristics of handloom and handwork products.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with your order number and unboxing video.
- Our team will verify the claim and approve the return if valid.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
- The product must be securely packed and handed over in its original unused condition.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product reaches us and passes quality inspection, we will initiate a full refund.
- Refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 3–7 working days.
- If the return is rejected due to tampering, use, or absence of proper proof, no refund will be processed.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Only return in case of damaged product is allowed.
6. Disclaimer
Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have slight variations, thread pulls, or irregularities, which are natural features and not considered defects.
We maintain high quality standards but request customers to understand the uniqueness of artisanal products.
