1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
  • During festive seasons, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Each saree undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or restricted pin codes may require additional time.

International Shipping

We ship globally through trusted international courier partners.

  • Delivery Timeline: 7–15 business days (varies by country & customs clearance)
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applicable in your country will be the customer's responsibility.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • No COD at the moment

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped with additional courier charges, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • We strive to offer the most reliable and cost-effective shipping rates.

4. Packaging & Handling

Each saree is packed with reliable materials to ensure:

  • protection during transit
  • preservation of delicate fabrics, handwork, and zari

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp.
You can monitor the movement of your order until it reaches you.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • customer unavailability
  • unreachable phone numbers
  • courier delays beyond our control

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, the customer may need to pay reshipping costs.


7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives tampered or damaged from the outside, please:

  • record an unboxing video, and
  • contact us immediately.

This helps us take up the matter with the courier partner effectively.
