1. Do you offer returns?
Yes — we offer returns only if the product received is damaged. Since our sarees are premium, handloom or hand-embellished pieces, returns for any other reason are not accepted.
2. How quickly do I need to report a damaged item?
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
After 24 hours, we are unable to accept return requests.
3. What proof do I need to provide for a return?
A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must show:
- The unopened parcel from all sides
- The shipping label
- The entire opening process
- The damaged portion clearly
This helps us ensure complete transparency and quick resolution.
4. What condition should the saree be in for return approval?
The saree must be:
- Unused and untried (no draping, no stains, no fragrance)
- Unwashed and unaltered
- In original packaging with tags and accessories intact
We can only accept returns when the product is in perfect, untouched condition.
5. Do you accept returns for colour variation?
No. Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. This is not considered a defect.
6. Are weaving irregularities or handwork variations counted as damage?
No. Handloom sarees and handcrafted embellishments may naturally have minor variations—these are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and not defects.
7. How do I start a return request?
Simply contact us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and unboxing video, and our team will guide you through the process.
8. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
No. As each piece is carefully curated and often unique, we do not offer exchanges.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
11. What if I receive the wrong product?
In the unlikely event of a wrong item being delivered, please notify us within 24 hours with a video.
We will arrange a swift replacement or refund.
12. Are customised or fall/pico-finished sarees returnable?
No. Any saree that has been customised or finished on request is not eligible for return.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International orders are delivered through trusted courier partners with additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.
14. How long does delivery take?
Within India:
- 3–7 business days, depending on location.
International Orders:
- 7–15 business days, based on the destination and customs processes.
Please note: courier or customs delays are beyond our control.
15. How soon will my order be dispatched?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During peak festive or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
16. Are there shipping charges?
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- COD, if enabled, may include a small additional fee.
International Shipping:
- Yes, international orders include courier charges, calculated at checkout based on country and weight.
17. Will I have to pay customs duties for international orders?
Customs duties, import taxes, or any destination-country fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges vary by country and are collected by local customs authorities.
18. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can monitor the movement of your parcel throughout its journey.
19. What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged or tampered?
Please record a clear unboxing video showing:
- the unopened package,
- the shipping label,
- the entire unboxing process.
Then contact us immediately.
This helps us assist you and take up the matter with the courier.
20. What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier may fail to deliver.
In such cases:
- The parcel may return to us, and
- Reshipping charges may apply.
Please double-check your details before placing your order.
21. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address change requests may be possible only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, modifications cannot be made.
22. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
At the moment, we do not offer express or same-day delivery.
However, we ensure your order is processed promptly within 1–3 business days.
23. Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Courier partners usually do not guarantee scheduled delivery, but you can track your order and coordinate with them once it is out for delivery.
24. Do you ship to remote or restricted locations?
Yes, we ship across India.
However, certain remote pincodes may require additional time based on courier accessibility.
